ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. CASS may offer products for sale that are:

1) Pre-Order: Available to ship from our warehouse on a specified date indicated when you place your order. If this date should be changed due to unforeseeable circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible. If the shipping date is postponed to a later date, and you do not wish to wait for this new date, you will be entitled to a full refund. Items available for pre-order may also be shipped on an earlier date than indicated at the time of purchase.

2) In Stock: Available for shipment from our warehouse within 72 hours.

3) Waitlisted: Items on the waitlist may soon be re-offered for sale. The waiting list allows you to register your e-mail and to be notified if the product is back in stock.

We only accept pre-payments for pre-order items from new collections or out-of-stock items from the current collection that have already been scheduled for delivery by our suppliers. Your rights regarding pre-order purchases are the same as any other purchase from CASS.

Please note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, we may be unable to deliver certain pre-order items due to production issues or quality verification issues identified when we receive a delivery in our inventory. In these circumstances, we will notify you by email and refund the full prepayment to your original form of payment within a maximum of thirty days of notifying you that the goods are no longer available.

If you have registered your e-mail address to be notified of the arrival of a specific product featured on our website, we will do our best to notify you by e-mail within 48 hours of the availability of the return product on the site. Please note that some products that are in high demand will sell out during this time.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just an attestation that we have received it and that we are processing it.

Acceptance of your order and of the contract between you and CASS will be deemed effective when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched. The sales contract is concluded in France and the language of the contract is French. Neither our payment processor nor our designated courier has the authority to accept an order on our behalf.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain payment authorization, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, the the ordered item is out of stock or does not pass our quality control and is withdrawn, or you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the legal notices and general conditions of sale.

We may also refuse to process and, therefore, accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone, at any time, in our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of the removal of any merchandise from our site, whether such merchandise has been sold, deleted or altered on our site, or refusing to process a transaction or suspending a transaction after processing has begun.

We make every effort to ensure that the details on our site are accurate. However, from time to time we may discover an error in the information displayed on one of our products. We apologize in advance and will make any necessary corrections as soon as we become aware of our error.

If we discover an error in the price of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall have no obligation to accept or fill an order for a product which has been advertised at an incorrect price and we reserve the right to cancel any such order which has been accepted. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will send you an email to notify you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund the full amount to you as soon as possible.

APPLICABLE RIGHTS & LAWS

By visiting www.cassmade.com, you agree that the laws governing the registration of CASS also govern these terms of service and legal notices and any disputes of any kind that may arise between you and CASS or its associates.

In the event of a disagreement or claim against CASS, please email us at care@cassmade.com. All disagreements should be resolved in a spirit of understanding and goodwill on the part of all parties. In the unlikely event that the parties fail to reach an agreement, any unresolved dispute arising out of or relating to the interpretation of the terms of service and legal notices, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as the disputes to fill gaps in the contract or its adaptation to new circumstances, will be settled by the competent registration court of CASS, registered in France and in accordance with French law and legislation.

PAYMENT

CASS accepts payment made by debit/credit cards by Visa, American Express, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro, as well as any other methods clearly indicated on the site. You can also choose to pay with PayPal using your debit/credit card or with your account. All payments are securely processed and verified. The site is secured by an SSL certificate which protects your data during navigation, registration or online payment.

Please select your preferred payment option at checkout. If you wish to pay using PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal online payment platform to continue. You can pay by card, bank account or with your own Paypal account, or create a new Paypal account. You are not required to create a Paypal account to pay by card on our site. Once this transaction is complete, you will return to the CASS home page.

By paying on our site, you confirm that the credit / debit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit / debit card or Paypal account to use this method of payment. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment to CASS, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
