Home deliveries & relay point returns offered in mainland France!
Free delivery in Europe for all orders over 300€
To ensure extremely fast and efficient delivery times, all our orders are shipped by private couriers. Your articles will be sent within 3 working days after the acceptance of your order. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive it at the address indicated within 1 to 5 working days in France or 1 to 10 days worldwide depending on the shipping option chosen, standard or express.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment step by step and to be informed in advance of your delivery date.
Shipping is available worldwide! Please enter your delivery destination in the "estimated shipping costs" tab of your cart or on the checkout page to see the rate applicable to your country. If you can't find a delivery option to your country, email us at care@cassmade.com and we'll help you out.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Shipments to certain destinations (outside the EU) sent from France must be cleared when additional customs duties and taxes are applicable depending on the country. These additional charges are not the responsibility of CASS and must be paid by the end customer before the package is released to them.
Please make sure you know the applicable import fees in your country before ordering. You can contact your local post office for more information on import duty rates in your country, or you can contact us for a specific quote from our courier department at care@cassmade.com
CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Once your order has been placed, our team prepares and ships it as quickly as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or add/remove items from your order. You will need to return the item(s) and place a new order.
If the order is in preparation and has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please let us know as soon as possible.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to exchange items. If you would like your item in another size or colour, please return your items to us within 14 working days of receipt and place a new order.
In the event of an error on our part in the preparation of your order where we may have shipped the wrong item/color/size, we will arrange your return and shipment of the original item. Please contact us upon receipt of your order.
