RETURNS

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your items, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind and return an item to us. You will be refunded to the original payment method associated with your purchase. We will refund your purchase within 3 working days after receipt and verification of your package.

Please note that after a refund has been issued, it may take up to 30 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers and banks.

All items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original packaging and tags or they will not be accepted.

Please send us an e-mail at returns@cassmade.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service will then provide you with all the information necessary to process the return of your items.

Returns are free of charge in France at our partners' drop-off points. Returns outside of France are your responsibility, all items must be sent back to our office in France.

We advise that you return your item(s) in a secure and sturdy package and via your local post, reliable carrier or preferred courier service. We suggest that you reuse the shipping box in which you received your order if it is still in good condition and we strongly recommend that you return your package with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. or damaged in transit.

Please note that all import duties and taxes paid upon delivery of your package are non-refundable. If shipping charges were applicable at the time of your order, they are non-refundable.

Returns made more than 14 days after receipt of the order will not be refundable and will be sent back to the customer.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by our return policy. We are aiming to offer free prepaid return labels on all orders in the future. In the meantime, we thank you for your understanding and for supporting a small sustainable business.
